Recycling Craft Sessions

We regularly attend sessions at Capstone Park, where service users take part in creative activities using recycled materials. These sessions encourage imagination, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, while also promoting environmental awareness.

During the activity, service users are supported to design and make different items, such as decorations, models, or useful everyday objects, from recycled materials. Staff provide guidance and encouragement, ensuring everyone is included and able to contribute at their own pace.

The sessions are a positive way to:

• Build fine motor skills and coordination
• Express creativity in a relaxed environment
• Learn about the importance of recycling and caring for the environment
• Work as part of a group, developing communication and social interaction
